Focus on Retention by Knowing your Product.

Now that you’ve joined a MLM business and want to grow your business, what’s next?

The first thing you have to do is understand the products or service offered by your MLM business.  What are the benefits of your product or service?  How will they help your future customers?  A great way to start is make sure you are using the product or service yourself.  There is not better substitute for learning about something than first-hand experience.

After you personally experience what you are selling, coming up with some suggestions on how your products will improve a person’s life will help with your retention rate. Developing a loyal base of return customers will fuel your business and separate you from over 90% of the other representative out there.  Focusing on benfits like saving time, saving money or feeling better are effective starting points.
